Lisa Dalton

The TDEA Lifetime Achievement Recipient for 2016, Lisa Dalton is an experienced veteran in the dance and drill team world, and has served in many capacities including high school drill team director for 30 years, dancer, choreographer, teacher, contest & tryout judge, workshop speaker, and consultant.

She is the current Coordinator of Spirit Programs at Trinity Christian Academy.

Originally from Garland, Lisa was captain of her high school drill team, the North Garland Mam’selles, and a Kilgore College Rangerette (1977-1979) where she served as Sergeant and a Swingster.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Health from Texas A&M University. (1981)

Lisa was a high school drill team director for 30 years, taught for NCA Superstar (1978 – 1987), and has taken groups to the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade, Aloha Bowl, Saint Patrick’s Day Parade and Cotton Bowl.

She is a lifetime member of Rangerettes Forever.

Lisa is married to George Dalton and has three children – Megan, Trey, Austin and granddaughter Avery Kate
