Alice Dack

Alice Dack has been a drill team director for 20 years. She is currently the director of the Marcus High Marquettes and was the director of the Lufkin High School Panther Pride for 5 years.

Alice’s teams have won numerous regional and state titles, performance, choreography and showmanship awards, including being named National Champions in Hip hop at the prestigious Contest of Champions in Orlando. The Marquettes have performed in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and in Super Bowl XLV with the Black Eyed Peas.

Her students have gone on to be Rangerette officers, Swingsters, on the Aggie Dance Team, the Tech, OU and OSU Pom Squads, Texas State Strutters and Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Alice was a Rangerette and Swingster and then received her degree in dance from the University of North Texas.
