Nicole Dillon was raised in Richardson, TX where she began her training as a dancer at Texie Waterman’s School of Dance studying tap and jazz for nine years.
Nicole graduated from Berkner High School in 1994 where she was a member of the Berkner Bandoleras, their elite kick ensemble, the Bandolera Kick Line, and also their elite jazz ensemble, the Bandolera Dance Team. She also served as a Senior Lieutenant for the Bandoleras.
From there, Nicole became a world famous Kilgore College Rangerette. While representing the Rangerettes, Nicole was privileged to perform in the Parade of Lights in Nice, France, at the Inaugural ball for Governor George Bush, and the Fiesta Bowl Parade in Tempe, Arizona. Nicole attended the University of Texas at Dallas and earned a B.S. in Psychology.

Nicole danced professionally as a member of the Dallas Mavericks Dancers for 4 years where she served as the Dance Captain and was awarded Dancer of the Year. During her time with the Mavericks, she performed for Brooks & Dunn, on the morning show Good Day Dallas, for the NBA Challenge at the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City, and was privileged to study under hip-hop Monsters Mary Kudelka and Roger Lee. After her time as a Mavericks Dancer, Nicole served as a member of the Dallas Sidekicks Sizzle professional dance team for 3 years where she also served as Dance Captain and was awarded Dancer of the Year.
Nicole was a charter member of the Dallas Dance Company, as well as a guest choreographer for the company and performer for 3 years. She also taught for Starmakers Dance and Drill Team for 12 years and was a 2 year convention faculty member for Sheer Dance. Nicole was the 2002 choreographer for the Dance/Drill Team Directors of America Convention. From 1998 until 2009 Nicole worked at Talent ‘N More Dance Center in Richardson where she directed all levels of their competitive teams, taught children of all ages, and Co-Directed the studio.
Currently, Nicole is in her third year as Director of the Vines High School Vikettes in Plano,TX, and she absolutely loves directing. Her passion lies in hoping that every student that walks through her classroom door reaches their full potential and that they become of aware of the many capabilities they possess.
